Hoffmeyer, Esquire will be recognized as a Central Pennsylvania's Best Lawyer 2013 in the field of Real Estate Law by the Central Penn Business Journal. This is the 5th consecutive year Attorney Hoffmeyer has received this honor. Attorney Hoffmeyer concentrates his practice on real estate and zoning law, corporate, estate planning, decedent's estates, and elder law. He serves as an expert witness in real estate maters throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including law suits involving professional malpractice in the legal, real estate and title insurance fields and also as a litigator in matters relevant to defects in real estate titles. Attorney Hoffmeyer recently published his Third Edition of The Abstractor's Bible: A complete System for Searching a Real Estate Title and Analyzing Court House Real Estate Records. |

SCHANBACHER, ESQUIRE, a partner in the Hoffmeyer & Semmelman, L.L.P., presented on behalf of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, a lecture on his co-authored and recently released 2nd edition of the book, Slicing Up the Pie: Property Distribution in Pennsylvania. This book assists novice to experienced practitioners with navigation through equitable division issues. The 2nd edition is now published by PBI Press and is available for purchase.
